To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your registered email ID, or mobile number through which you initiated the purchase. It is also necessary that the credit or debit card through which you made the purchase should be active. If it has been cancelled, then a refund becomes difficult.
It may take upto 7 or more days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end.
Once you receive confirmation from our end that the refund has been processed, you need to wait for a period of 5-7 days until the amount reflects in your account. If you do not receive the refund amount, you need to contact your bank or check with your credit card provider.
